Ashley Caldwell is a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in New York City. She works in Investment Banking serving clients in GS’ Industrial Group.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Ashley was a Vice President in RBC Capital Market\u2019s Leveraged Finance Group. Ashley joined RBC in 2013 as a member of the Graduate Leadership Program, a cross-enterprise rotational program offered to a select number of highly qualified MBA graduates who demonstrate an outstanding track record of leadership and excellence in academic and extracurricular activities.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before earning her MBA, Ashley was a sales leader within IBM Canada, recognized for originating new business by successfully managing customer relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ashley has a passion and personal commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion with significant non-profit board experience. She is an active board member of the Weinberg Family Cerebral Palsy Center\u2019s Advisory Board, which is dedicated to improving the lives of people with cerebral palsy. Ashley was also the board chair of the Canadian Council of Rehabilitation and Work, a non-profit with a mission to promote and support meaningful and equitable employment for individuals with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ashley is currently a member of Goldman Sachs\u2019 Disability Network. Prior to joining GS, she was co-chair of RBC Capital Market\u2019s \u201cRHeart\u201d Employee Resource Group, which supported the advancement, recruitment and retention of professionals with invisible and visible disabilities at the firm. Ashley\u2019s leadership at RBC and within the community were recognized and rewarded. In 2019, she received RBC\u2019s Performance Conference Award, granted to the top 1% of RBC employees globally. She was also the recipient of RBC Capital Market\u2019s Diversity and Inclusion Award in 2018, for which US$10,000 was donated to a non-profit of her choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ashley has a physical and mobility-related disability. She walks with a cane for balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
