Rob Graham

Rob Graham, MBA, ICD.D

Rob Graham is an experienced board director. His career spans the public and private sectors. His community involvement and not-for-profit board experience has been in the areas of post-secondary education, homelessness, conservation and mental health. 

Rob works to ensure the financial integrity and good governance of organizations through numerous fiduciary and leadership roles comprising service as board chair of the Good Shepherd Centre in Toronto and, through service on other boards, as chair of governance, finance, quality assurance, employee relations and pensions committees. Board experience includes Toronto Metropolitan University (formally Ryerson), the Bruce Trail Conservancy, the Hincks-Dellcrest Treatment Centre, The Good Shepherd, Trent University and as an external member of CAMH’s property committee.

His professional specialty is financial planning, audit and governance as evidenced by an MBA in finance, and an ICD.D designation with numerous governance certifications. He has initiated two extensive governance renewals at large organizations.

Rob worked in the financial planning and budget approvals of very large operating and capital budgets in the airline industry and mass transit and in large municipal government. He wrote in the National Post on mass transit efficiency. He has been in real estate investment for over 17 years and is leading the development of a new 100-unit supportive housing campus for chronically homeless seniors in an excellent location in Toronto.
